I'm BTZ. I started with rock and moved into electronic music more than ten years ago, without leaving the guitar behind. I work the space between the two: acid techno, big beat, breakbeat, industrial. I play live with synths, drum machines and a laptop integrated into the setup — the tracks are built on stage, not played back. In May 2026 I released KEEP, the first half of a double EP on Clash Music. The second half, MUSIC, comes out in September 2026. Four tracks each, eight in total, going back over what I used to call post acid thoughts. KEEP is the first chapter of a two-part project by BTZ, centred on a clear idea:
keeping music alive as personal expression, shared energy and a real creative
act in an age shaped by technology.
Built from a live-performance approach and moving between 127 and 130
BPM, the EP delivers hypnotic techno charged with acid tension, rock attitude,
machine-driven impact and emotional depth. A sound that feels raw.
Across four tracks, the record explores different meanings of music and its
power, while introducing BTZ as a live electronic performer.
